A Personal Chef is a chef who comes to your home
to prepare several meals (from a personalized menu you select),
that are stored in your refrigerator or freezer for you to enjoy
at your convenience. All of the menu planning, shopping, cooking
and cleanup are done by your Personal Chef.
How does this work?
The service starts with a complimentary consultation
during which we discuss your culinary likes and dislikes, allergies,
special dietary needs, and any other questions, concerns, or
goals you may have. When you’re ready, we decide on a date for
your first service and formulate a menu based on your needs
and preferences. On the cook day we bring our own equipment,
and all of the ingredients to your home and prepare your meals.
You cook in my kitchen?
Yes. On each cook date, we bring the fresh ingredients
along with our own pots, pans and utensils to prepare your food
in the safety of your own kitchen. At the end of the day we
will remove all evidence of our cooking and your house will
be full of the aroma of good home cooking!
What does it cost?

What are some of the benefits?
• Convenience—Visualize stress-free meal
times, relaxing and dining in your own home without the hassle
of planning, shopping, preparation and cleanup. Compare with
restaurant dining: time and gas to get there, parking, waiting
on a table, waiting to be served, bill, tax and tip...it all
adds up. With Front Door Food, you can eat a beautiful,
custom-made dinner, curled up on the couch in your jammies if
you want!
• Health—Delicious, nutritious meals, prepared
exactly to your standards. Our service is a great support for
those following, or transitioning to, a new or challenging diet.
Special dietary requests for one or more members of your family
can be met, so that mealtime can be a relaxing, enjoyable experience
that you can look forward to each day.
• Value—Compare the time spent planning,
driving, shopping, waiting in line, then cooking and cleaning
up. How would you rather spend your time?
• Flexible scheduling—Weekly, bi-weekly,
once a month, or occasional service is available.
